[RFI] Possible Solar inverter issue

I am chasing down some noise.  The power company has been fantastic 
working with me.  Today he has found a house with solar that he says is 
quite noisy.

Will solar systems generate noise 24 x 7?  I would think not unless they 
have some sort of battery systems and maybe they all do.

The neighbor was not very helpful and I was not home at the time.  He 
told the RFI guy it was his modem and that he was not going to do 
anything......

We are going to try to contact the individual next week and ask if we 
can turn off the solar why I am home to see if it is the source.

The power company has lots of great tools from the company in Portland.

It sounds like typical power line hash to me.  I don't know what I 
should be looking for.  I believe there might be a site that has video 
and audio of various forms of noise, if so can someone point me to it?

No clue the brand or anything at this point.
