[RFI] Power Line Noise - UPDATE 12/31/24

In my several decades' experience, the major cause of power line RFI
have been:

1. Poorly bonded hardware, including incidental contact.

2. Failed lightning arrestors

3. Failed insulators

Number 1 is by far the most common. This has included loose tie wires,
neutral wires contacting guy wires, and a ground wire contacting a cable
TV cable. I've not experienced the dreaded staple to ground wire. It's
possible these are lost in the background, as I'm surrounded by overhead
distribution lines, with thousands of potential of the three above.
