your comment " Note that I have a typical urban noise level, so it is
possible these systems would cause noticeable RFI in a quiet location"
leads me to ask what IS your urban level...by band..
I now enjoy an S2-3 on 80 with A DIPOLE ... k4 no preamps on...(
dipole is 50 feet from the house , up 45 feet)
and my 10 year old SMA inverters make not a peep & my 18kw Generac
makes no noise \
Bill now in the boonies with occasional light electric fence
rfi...( NB fixes that)
