[RFI] Constant Carrier on 7.000

[Michael Carter]

Strong here in New Hampshire over the past couple weeks.  Thought it was a new digital
device in the neighborhood, but the QSB contradicts that hypothesis.

The signal was professionally DF'd to the general Polynesia area.  The slight 50 Hz hum suggests a former British island nation such as Tonga or
Kiribati.  It is quite strong at times here in Florida.
