[RFI] RFI Signature

[Facility 406]

 > 1.	On the pan adapter...
 > 2.	No repeating clusters...
 > 3.	No correlation to...
 > 4.	Has distinct levels...
 > 5.	The neighbor...
 > 6.	Affects mostly...
 > 7.	Thanks for any ideas...

This could be resolved with as little as two email, and in less than up 
to weeks, months, or years, if attachments with photos, and recordings 
were allowed.

It's like trying to describe the smell of RFI to cavemen using 
hieroglyphics over wireline telegraphy by going back to the future in a 
galaxy far, far away.
