When I bought my Model 3 six years ago, I probed around with my Kenwood 
TH-F6A talkie it while charging from a 120V 15A outlet and did not 
detect any noise. I subsequently added a 30A 240V outlet, and now charge 
from that. I should repeat the probe with that higher voltage and current.

About 4 years ago, I found a couple of youtube videos from a ham in W5 
who detailed installation of both VHF and HF rigs in his Model 3. He 
reported hearing moderate noise only when regenerative braking. 
Regenerative braking is a significant element of the mileage efficiency 
of all forms of EVs, beginning with those like the Prius, that also run 
on petrol.
