[RFI] A new source of QRM

Hi,

You might consider taking a closer look at your RFI by using an SDR to 
characterize what is happening over time.  See:

In some cases, that helps a lot in location, as you get a better feel 
for what the source is actually doing across a longer time period, and 
wider frequency range.
