I think teh issues with RFI on LCD Monitors are with the Switching Type Power Supplies and not the Monitors themselves. Best to check what other hams are using and when you do get 
an LCD monitor, carefully do a sweep of all freqs of interest and better yet, get hold of a spectrum analyzer and make up a sniffer probe and to look at what the spectrum shows when switching on the unit
