[RSM] MNQP Rover Effort

That's great, Kelly!

You might be aware that AC0MN will be active, during the whole MNQP, 
from Kittson County. I will operate CW and Shelley SSB. Between the two 
of us we may try some RTTY, too.

Activity will focus on 15/20/40 with the possibility of 80 but we have 
been avoiding the band because of RFI issues in our apartment on that 
band that we must solve.
