[RSM] VE6SV - 3830 Posting - CQWW DX SSB

Rob's writeup was excellent. The only thing he forgot to include is that from now on, VE6SV will be in Zone 41.  It was either a unique zone number or a new planet as our propagation was unlike that of any other terrestrial zone. If this were a golf tournament, our handicap would be far beyond anyone else's.
