Things started off fine, with good runs on 20/40

As time went on, bands got progressively noisier.  Towards the end, CQ for
several minutes at a time with no takers.  Check the band, and the few
folks calling CQ were already in the log.  In looking at 3830, seems many
folks packed it in early.
