[RSM] RSM Digest, Vol 10, Issue 9

Note to self - re-check cable/antenna prior to re-enabling software to TX
WSPR.

Seems I had a sub-optimal antenna ... now it's on a good'un, it's getting
noticed at least a bit ... 1/10th of a watt
