[RSM] LoTW dual calls

There is a process for merging accounts for DXCC. This is the LoTW URL that
gives instructions:

For WAS accounts, in the Award Accounts Menu there is an item at the bottom
of the menu (Link Accounts) that allows linking of multiple call-signs at a
single QTH.
