[RSM] Callsign Change

Just to let everyone in RSM know, I have changed my callsign.

Our daughter and son-in-law are in the process of moving to their new 
home in Kenora and, as a result, I have applied for, and received, a VE3 
call. Effective immediately, my call is VE3RUA and we (my XYL, K7MKL, 
and I) will be active in ARRL contests from the Ontario North section. 
That'll make three of us (me, Shelley and VE3CX) available to hand out 
ONN in various contests.
