[RSM] VE3CX at PJ2T

In talking to some of the folks here, I was asked to pass along a request
to VE4 guys.  Please look for PJ2T on especially 80, 160 15 and 10.  Seems
they often get VE4 on 20 and 40, but takes many tries to get guys to move
to other bands.

Art - good to know you will be on 10.  Plan is to keep K3 with panadapter
watching 10, as well as spending a few minutes out of every 30 minute time
slot calling CQ.  Yes - we need every mult we can get.  We are out for the
win.   9 ops with 4 stations.
