[RSM] MNQP Operation

FYI, I will be operating the Minnesota QSO Party this weekend with the 
call W0K. The MNQP runs from 1400 to 2400 UTC on February 2nd.

Operation will be primarily CW on 80, 40 and 20 meters but I will 
occasionally check 15 and 10 and foray into SSB as time and activity 
permits. I may even look at 160 near the end of the MNQP.
