[RSM] VC6V - CQWW WPX SSB March 30-31

I would like to extend an invitation  to join the *VC6C team* for
WPX SSB the last weekend of this month.

The current plan is a M2 effort. That should give everyone lots of chair
time.

WPX is a work everyone, everywhere contest.
