[RSM] ARRL SS Survey

I just received, and completed, a survey from the ARRL intended to help 
them "consider ways to improve Sweepstakes." It is a brief survey but 
one thing is does ask is about whether I feel the SS start/end times 
should be earlier. It also asked about the wisdom of adding digital 
modes (a resounding NO from me) or combining CW/Phone into one weekend 
(also a resounding no).

It will be interesting to see where this takes us.
