[RSM] Commonwealth Contest

Just a quick reminder that the Commonwealth Contest (formerly known as the
British Empire Radio Union - BERU) will be next weekend and I will be
operating from our QTH in Kenora, ON.

BERU participation is restricted to stations in the United Kingdom and the
Crown Dependencies, Commonwealth and Mandated Territories. Rules can be
