[RSM] EU DXC

Hi, David:

I just did the setup and found two things. First, when extracting the 
UDC zip file there is a file called EUDXC.sec which must be manually 
moved from the UDC folder to the SupportFiles folder. Second, you have 
to restart N1MM for everything to work.

After I did those steps the EU-DXC log came up just fine.
