[RSM] K0JP NAQP SSB Result

No VE4 or VE7 but did find VE2, 3, 5, and 6. 160 and 80 were quite good. 
Worked ZF2PG on 15 seven minutes before the start but could not catch 
him after 1800. Only one other Q on 15 with K5KG (FL) and he was loud. 
Again 15 was ignored.

All in all I'm happy with the result.
