[RSM] ARRL SS

I wonder if RSM will be doing a club entry for the CW and SSB 
Sweepstakes? Shelley and I and planning to be in Kenora for both 
weekends and, if there will be a club enty, we will participate.

If there is not an RSM club effort then we'll submit for MWA but 
strictly for the intra-club competition since we are well outside the 
ARRL club circle.
