[RSM] 20M Intruder SIgnal

Hello RSM,

This afternoon at around 2200 UTC this wideband signal appeared with a
centre frequency of 14.000 Mhz.

I did a tour around the globe with online SDR's and this singal seems to be
heard around the globe.

Here is a link to what I recorded at my QTH on my SDR. The 9 Mhz frequency
readout is because the SDR is connected to my FTdx5000 IF.

I suspect it will be talked about on the air waves and everywhere soon.
