[RSM] NAQP -- Memorial for Cary, VE4EA (SK)

At the most recent RSM meeting I suggested that we use the name "Cary" for
NAQPs and Sprints (where your name is part of the report).  I also urged
that we make an effort to be active for the NAQPs, at least those in
January.

January is here, and NAQP CW is this coming weekend, so...

1. Please try to be QRV at least part time for

CW (January 10)
SSB (January 17)
RTTY (February 28).

Contest period is 1800Z to 0559Z (noon to midnight Saturday, Manitoba
time).  Rules are at https://ncjweb.com/NAQP-Rules.pdf

 2. Use the name "Cary".  Give yourself a break and notify the keepers of
the Call History Files of your new name (and change it back when we're done
with the memorial activity.

Claude VE3FK maintains the CHFs for N1MM+ .  I have two email addresses
that I think will work, or you can try posting to the N1MM group.
