[RSM] "Cary" in the contests

Thank you, those op's who have helped memorialize VE4EA(SK) in NAQP.  I
don't know if you plan to continue, but I will use "Cary" for eleven
months, which conforms with one of our mourning practices (explanation
available on request).  After that, I'll have to re-train them for "Art".

In the NAQPs I got asked for a lot of repeats, especially on SSB.
Apparently, "Cary" is as hard to convey on 'phone as is "Art".  Also, I
noticed many times that the other guy hesitated for a moment while he fixed
"Art" from an out-of-date pre-fill file.  Well, I warned them. :>)

On SSB I explained the change to a few friends.  Of course,many of the
regulars already knew.

Sad, yes, but hearing that from Pierre made me feel that it was worth the
effort.

Now, to see if I can muster the energy, enthusiasm, and family patience to
have fun in CQ160 CW this weekend.  (I haven't told my wife yet.)
