[RTTY] QSLing advice from DX end

QSLing from the "DX end" for the first time, I offer the following advice:

1.  Include your CALLSIGN on your SASE.  Helps a bunch if your card gets
separated from your SASE.

2.  Put a stamp on your SASE or include appropriate tender for your DIRECT
requests.
