[RTTY] Digital Award

Hello all,

PACTOR NEWS sponsers a "Gentleman (or Lady)" of the year
award for any Ham who has "advanced the art" on digital
HF. Nominations are made by a letter signed by three
other hams (sorry: neither the nominee nor any direct
relations) can sign. 

The letter should include a short statement as to why
the nominee should be considered for this award.
