While not a demo, you can see how people have set up WriteLog on my web site
as well as see a lot of the other screens through setting the program up.

Click on http://www.k9jy.com and then go to 'WriteLog Windows' and then
'Screen Shots.'

It's been a while since there has been some discussion on the reflector
about software programs for contesting; this is a good thing (as long as
everyone knows that there is no ONE RIGHT answer for everyone....!).
