[RTTY] VK/ZL Backscatter on 15M

I operated from K1TTT in the CQ WW SSB Test. I worked several JAs on 15
beaming about 90 degrees at I am guessing 0700. Heard some others coming
from that direction, KL7 was one. The band is usually pretty dead at that
time here.
