Not exactly definitive.  You can obtain for free a Cabrillo converter for
CQWW RTTY WF1B .bin files from SM6BSK.  Send an e-mail to
nils.collin@telia.com and he will send you his free converter.  Eddie,
W6/G0AZT, the main log checker for this contest,  has tested the converter
and has found it to work fine.

Alternatively, you can purchase a Cabrillo converter and other tools from
WT4I.
