For those that are worried about the possibility of getting a virus from
html mail, you should be aware that there is a 'command' that you can send
to the 'mailman' to tell it to only send you plain test messages..  here is
a 'cut and paste' of the relevant information.....

set <option> <on|off> <password>
        Turn on or off list options.  Valid options are:
digest:
            Receive mail from the list bundled together instead of one
            post at a time.

 plain:
            Get plain-text, not MIME-compliant, digests (only if
            digest is set)


To obtain instructions on valid Mailman email commands, send email to
<rtty-request@contesting.com> with the word "help" in the subject line or in
the body of the message.
