Some radios come with rtty transmit inverted. The IC751A is another one.
There may be a dip switch internally to change that. But you should be able
to set fskinv on in your software to compensate for that.

  Subject: [RTTY] Help Please

Anyone out there running a FT 920 with a PK 232 or P38? All of a sudden I
receive OK but the transmit is inverted. Have checked all the parameters on
the TNC's and all is where it should be. All the menu items on the FT920
are also where they should be. Pulled the rig off line and put my TS 850
and it works fine. Appears something in the FT920 causing the inversion.
Have thought about a complete microprocessor reset but before doing that,
wanted to pick the brains of all the guru's out there.
  Direct response to kf4kw@aol.com requested.

  Thanks,

  Dave
