[RTTY] RE: Chen's view of the conditions!

Likewise, I include the other stations call twice in the exchange. It may
take a little longer, but it eliminates a lot of repeats! My particular "pet
peeve", along with many others, is the station that repeatedly sends my call
when I am CQing? There are many variables to "contesting efficiency", and as
long as they are shared, the education process will continue!
