[RTTY] multiple buffers

I have two sets of buffers.
Weak signal buffers with triple repeats.
Strong signal buffers with single exchanges.
As Writelog gives you so many buffers it's easy.

The hard part is due to rapidly progressive CRS, remembering which F key
sends what.
Sometimes I can't see the screen for all the 'cheatsheet postit notes'.
