[RTTY] RTTY 23 MMTTY Setup

Contest underway - tuning a little tricky - I don't like the AFSK for this
one - tuning manually.  First 3 Q's DX!  Don, seems to be AFSK-LSB, sounds
awful (like PSK!  ;-))
