[RTTY] RTTY 23 MMTTY Setup

[Don Hill AA5AU]

I seem to be transmitting 170 hz still.  I can't see where to set transmit
to 23 hz???

Gee, for such an experienced contester, I feel like a clutz (OK, no responses please! hi)
