In additional to link provided by ES7AAZ, you shud go to the following link:

http://www.qsl.net/mmhamsoft/mmtty/index.html

When you get there, download MMTTY ENGINE 161E. You must extract into the 
same folder as WL 10.27g. When you click on TNC in WL RTTYRITE window and 
then MMTTY, WL will look for MMTTY ENGINE in WL folder and load it.
