[RTTY] Help - Someone must know

I want to provide the ability for a user to down-load some zipped files
from the RTTYINFO website.  I am using FrontPage 2002 to build and
maintain the site.

What attributes do I specify to the files; i.e., how do I tell FrontPage
that I want these files to be downloadable.  If the info is in the
manual I do not see it.
