I did not say anything about DX schedules, and as far as W8JI is 
concerned, I have listened on dozens of occasions to his sked with the
VK in which they just ragchew. Of course, it's a one sided listening. 

And if my original note was read with any semblence of care at all,
you will note that I said DX operating cw on 1810 up specify a
LISTENING frequency below 1810.

As Bill noted, this practice if continued will start WWIII.
