Well 80m in August sure isn't a DX band. And so there were very
few contacts outside EU - 2 UA9s, 2 UNs, 1 5B4, 1 VE, 1 W, 1 PY.
Unfortunately seemingly all stations left 80m around 0400Z during
the first period, when the band was still open. Daytime attenuation
made the last period unusable, as expected. I very much hope that
many of my mults will survive the cabrillo log checking - there were
so many stations calling me two or three times. As I didn't want my
log to be full of duplicates, I gave them a WKD B4.... So I keep my
fingers crossed.
Thanks to all who worked me and especially to those who gave me a much
needed multiplier (Phil and others).
