Thanks to all that replied.  I went to the website at:

http://www.vcnet.com/measures/


and found everything I was looking for and more.  Looks like I will be more
involved with my SB220 than I thought.

The only thing I did not find was the schematic for the QSK circuit.  If the
jan 1990 QST has it I still could use a copy of the article.  I will check
the website to see if perhaps I missed it somewhere but I think I went over
it pretty well.
