[RTTY] QSL-ing YO (Romania) drives me crazy

Hi,

do you have the same bad experience in QSL-ing YO-stations, like me?
I have tons of QSO's with YO-stations on all bands in several modes
in my log, but QSL-ing this stations via bureau does not bring any
card back; or ...very, very, very seldom! If you are going via direct,
it has the same effect, like throwing the envelope and the greenstamps
into the closet. The YO-bureau does not work? Ha-ha-ha .. each month
a few YO-cards are going through my hands. All this cards are sent
to a german QSL Manager. If a YO wants a (DX-)card, then their bureau
is working; suddenly!
