[RTTY] OK RTTY Contest

There is an error on the RTTY Journal web site concerning the dates for
the OK RTTY Contest.  It shows the contest being next weekend Dec. 14-15.

According to the SM3CER contest site and the OK official rules, the contest
is on the 3rd full weekend in December which makes it December 22-23.

Unfortunately I've never had the opportunity to work this contest and again this
year I'll be duck hunting.
