[RTTY] The DPX digital prefix Contest

While checking for the rules for the 10m contest I stumbled across this new test.  This is the first I heard of it so I figure I would spread the word to anyone else who may have been unaware of this event.  I think I will try to work some of this contest, RTTY only of course.
