 Nice way to start the New Year.
This year got some sleep before the start of the contest.  Normally, get
home from partying around 0200 (local time) and just stay up.  However,
this year the wife and I had an early dinner and limited celebration.  We
then watched the festivities on TV and went to bed right after the New Year
came in.  Guess we're getting old!
Forty meters was typical for this time of day, but eighty meters was
noisey.  Not much activity on eighty meters as the only station on eighty
meters worked outside of USA was Raul, CO8ZZ.  Did hear M0SDX working
George, W1ZT, but no luck in being able to work him.
