[RTTY] Possible new contester from Guernsey

Hi one and all,

Just a quick one to let you know that you may well now see MU3EFB in the
contests.
Keith is also GU6EFB, and now has one of the new licences that limits him to
10 watts, and no access on 10m. However, he does have one advantage over me
:- he has 80m!

He did try the SARTG HNY contest, and made some 20 QSO's, but I suspect he
will appear in future contests.
