[RTTY] VP8GEO rig/drifting freq.

Using a spectrum display made it possible to see where VP8GEO was calling. I
found it faster to disable AFC and click on his mark frequency each time he
QSY'd; AFC would eventually find him, but far too slowly. I was using
WinWarbler, which supports simultaneous soundcard (using the MMTTY engine)
and RTTY modem decoding, but my KAM was no match for his weak sigs here in
New England; MMTTY was copying about 75%.

When I worked him, it was even more than that. I replied to his CQ and
heard nothing. Tuning down about 300 Hz, there he was, calling me.

Surprised the heck out of me. Tune around guys, till he gets it fixed.
