[RTTY] VP8GEO on 21076.5 KHz 2150z

Just worked him but its a chore....his transmit freq is varying between 150
and 400 hz +/- after every transmission...to mucvh for narrow filters and
AFC wont catch up with the short transmissions...almost needed another hand
to tune and tx at the same time....thanks Trey for hearing my 100w......73
