[RTTY] RE: We Need to Become More Pro-active

For what it's worth, I'll be operating from Western Samoa (5W0) from July
2nd to July 13th this year, concentrating on RTTY and PSK if RTTY runs out.
My partner, K8AQM, will operate mostly CW. Hope to work you all on RTTY.
