[RTTY] Another New Mode Intrusion

OK, what's the funky sounding mode going on at 14082.5 and
14081.3 tonight?  Or is the same station with an image signal?  I
can't even explain what it sounds like.  But both signals are S9
here.  Looks narrow on the scope, less that 170 hz shift.

Here we go again...

If I know what it is, I might try it.  But not on the frequencies
mentioned above.
